Obtaining an Official Transcript of IBS Coursework

IBS Courses Taken between 1960 and 1994

Records of IBS courses taken prior to 1995 are held by The Kings University (which took over ISOT a couple years ago). To request an “official transcript” of your IBS coursework completed before 1995, submit a transcript request form to the following address, or by emailing the scanned form to smedina7623@yahoo.com. (If you scan and email the form, you will need to pay by account transfer. Be sure to include your staff account number.)

In your written request, please include your name (maiden name if classes taken under different name), birthday, social security number, and a check for $15 payable to “The Kings University.”

Why do I have to pay $15 for a ISOT transcript?
Many colleges and seminaries charge a fee for creating transcripts. This the same fee Kings charges all its students. It costs money to pay a registrar to maintain these records. Moreover, all of these old IBS records are paper. There is considerable work involved in finding records and preparing a transcript. Because of Federal privacy laws, only you as a student can request these records. Finally, it is important to recongize that the Kings University is not related in any way to Campus Crusade for Christ (or the Kings College in New York). They have never received any income for these courses. To make this easier, we have also made an arrangement with Kings where you can pay by account transfer.

IBS Courses Taken 1995 to the Present

If, for some reason, you need an “official transcript” of your IBS coursework since 1995, complete a transcript request form. Note: If you have taken IBS courses for graduate credit through one of our seminary partners and need an official record of that graduate credit for another seminary, you must directly contact the registrar’s office at the seminary from which you received credit. (Example: Joe Staff took his IBS courses for graduate credit through Trinity. Joe is now enrolling at RTS and needs an official copy of his IBS coursework through Trinity. Joe must contact Trinity and have Trinity send that transcript to RTS.)

Transcript of Courses Directly From ISOT:

If you have taken courses directly from ISOT all the way up to 2002 when ISOT closed, you will need to contact The Kings College and Seminary. The Campus Ministry has NO records of any ISOT courses.
